sale_order_line_section

In standard Odoo, a sale order line only belongs to a section because of its position in the list; there is no field to use in filters, groupings or reports. This module fixes that by adding a stored "Section" field on every sale order line.

• Each normal product line is automatically linked to the nearest section line placed above it in the same sale order.
• Section lines themselves have no section, so the field stays empty for them.
• The link is recalculated automatically whenever the order, the line type or the line order changes, so it always follows the current layout of the order.

On the sale order form, the new field appears in the order lines list, hidden by default, and can be shown with the optional columns selector. It is read-only, so users cannot change it by hand.

Because the value is stored and indexed, it can be used in list views, groupings, filters, exports and reports to find all lines belonging to a given section without recalculating the relation from the line order. The module only touches sale.order.line and the sale order form view, and it depends on the standard Sales app.
