Sale Order Product Assortment

This module connects product assortments (allowed and restricted product lists) to sales orders. When you pick a customer on a sale order, Odoo automatically looks up the assortments applied to that customer and builds a list of allowed products.

• If the customer has an allowed product list, the product field on the order lines is filtered so only those products can be chosen. Products outside the list cannot be selected.
• The restriction applies both in the order line list and in the detailed order line form, and also when choosing a product template.
• The allowed product list is recalculated automatically when the customer, the delivery address or the invoice address changes.
• The module adds two hidden helper fields on the sale order form (allowed products and a flag indicating whether an allowed list exists); they are not visible to users but drive the filtering.
• Which customer field is used to find the assortment can be configured through a system parameter (customer, delivery address or invoice address); by default the customer field is used.

It touches the sale order model and the sale order form view. No new menus or reports are added.
