Sale Partner Delay

This module lets you record an extra delivery delay for a specific customer, in days. On the contact form, in the Sales & Purchases tab, a new field "Customer Lead Time" appears next to the other sales settings; you simply type the number of days and the word "days" is shown after it.

When a sale order line is created for that customer, Odoo automatically adds this customer delay to the delivery lead time already computed from the product and the order. The result is the total customer lead time used on the line, so the expected delivery date reflects the extra time needed for that customer.

• The delay is stored on the contact (res.partner) and is treated as a commercial field, meaning it is shared with the related company contacts.
• The computation is triggered when the customer on the order changes, so the lead time stays up to date.
• The module depends on sale_stock, so it works together with the delivery lead time logic already provided by sales and inventory.

It is useful for customers who need more time because of remote locations, special delivery requirements, customs clearance or quality control. No new menus or reports are added; the change appears on the contact form and in the lead time shown on sale order lines.
