Sale Procurement Group by Commitment Date

This module changes how deliveries are grouped when you confirm a sale order. Normally lines that share the same grouping criteria end up in one delivery. With this module, the commitment date of each sale order line is also used as a grouping criterion.

What this means in practice:

• If two lines on the same sale order have different commitment dates, they are split into different procurement groups, so they generate separate deliveries.
• The name of each generated procurement group includes the commitment date, so you can tell the groups apart.
• The planned date of the stock moves created for a line is set to that line's commitment date.

The module only acts when a commitment date is actually filled in on the sale order line. If there is no commitment date, the previous grouping behaviour is kept.

It works together with the modules that add the commitment date on sale order lines and that allow grouping by line, and it extends the sale.order.line model. No new menus or screens are added; the effect is visible in the deliveries and their planned dates after confirming a sale order.
