Sale purchase requisition

This module connects a sales quotation with a purchase agreement (purchase requisition). On a quotation, a new button "New Purchase Requisition" appears while the order is still in draft or sent and no open requisition exists yet. Clicking it opens a purchase requisition form pre-filled with the quotation's purchasable lines, the quotation as origin, and its validity date. A smart button "Purchase Requisition" shows how many open requisitions are linked, and opens them.

Once linked, the two documents stay aligned: when you change quantities or products on the quotation, the related requisition lines are updated automatically, as long as the requisition is not yet in progress, open, done or cancelled. If a requisition is already frozen, a warning banner appears on both the quotation and the requisition telling the user to update lines manually, and a to-do activity "Resolve differences with the sales order" is created for the purchase agent. Changing a quantity on a requisition line also posts a message in its chatter.

Cancelling the quotation cancels or closes its requisitions. Deleting a quotation line removes its linked requisition lines when they are still editable. Salespeople get read/write access to their own draft requisitions and read access to related purchase orders, while purchase users keep full access.
