Sale Report Margin

This module extends the Sales analysis report in Odoo. It adds a new numeric column called purchase price, which shows the cost recorded on the products that were sold.

The value is taken from the cost information already stored on the sales order lines (the cost field managed by the sale margin functionality) and is summed up for each report line. Because it is a report-only field, it is read-only: users cannot type into it, they can only view and group/filter the report by it.

Where it appears: - In the Sales analysis report (the pivot/graph/list view built on sale.report), a new purchase price measure becomes available. - Users can add it as a measure, compare it with sales amounts, and use it to analyse margins per product, customer, salesperson or period.

It does not add menus, buttons, automated actions, emails or scheduled jobs. It only enriches the existing sales reporting model sale.report with one extra field and its aggregation. The module depends on sale_margin, which is what provides the underlying cost information on sales order lines.
