Scheduler Error Mailer

This module makes Odoo warn people by e-mail when a scheduled action (a task Odoo runs automatically in the background) crashes.

On every scheduled action form, a new field 'Error E-mail Template' appears after the priority field. It lets you pick which e-mail template is used for that task; only templates built for scheduled actions can be chosen. By default the provided 'Scheduler Error' template is preselected, and when the module is installed this template is assigned to all existing scheduled actions.

When a scheduled action raises an error, the module catches it, sends the chosen e-mail immediately, and then lets the error continue as usual. The e-mail goes to the user responsible for the scheduled action (both sender and recipient are that user's address). Its subject shows the database name and the task name with 'FAILED', and the body contains the error message, the database name, and details of the task: model, Python code, interval and responsible user. The e-mail is deleted automatically after sending.

A demo scheduled action named 'Test Scheduler Error Mailer' is included (inactive by default) to trigger a deliberate failure for testing. The module touches the scheduled actions model ir.cron and the e-mail template model mail.template.
