IAP Account configuration with server_environment

This module connects the In-App Purchase (IAP) accounts of Odoo with the server environment configuration mechanism. Instead of entering the service name and account token by hand on the IAP account screen, an administrator can place them in the server configuration files, which is useful when the same database is deployed in different environments (for example production and test) that must use different IAP accounts.

Where it appears in Odoo: - The IAP account form and list views are extended. A technical name field (tech_name) is added before the service name, visible only to users with the technical features group (base.group_no_one). - The extended views are restricted to the system administrator group (base.group_system).

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - The fields service_name and account_token of iap.account are declared as server environment fields, so their values can be read from the configuration files. - A global configuration section named iap_account is used to group these settings.

Areas touched: the iap.account model and its existing form and tree views. No new menus, reports, scheduled jobs or emails are added by this module.
