Show Automatic Valuation for Stock Moves in CE

In Odoo Community Edition, the setting that controls automatic stock valuation is normally hidden. This module adds it back to the Inventory settings screen.

• Where it appears: Inventory > Configuration > Settings, inside the valuation settings block. You will see a new option labelled 'Automatic Accounting' with the help text 'Enable automatic valuation for stock'.
• What it does: When you enable this option, Odoo can automatically create accounting entries for stock moves, based on the product category's costing method and valuation. Without this option, automatic valuation is not available in Community Edition.
• What it touches: It only adds a setting to the configuration screen. It does not create new menus, reports, or models. The setting itself is stored in the res.config.settings model and affects how stock moves are valued.
• Business rule: The option is a simple on/off switch. Once enabled, Odoo will use the automatic valuation logic already present in the stock_account module.

This module is useful for businesses that need automatic stock valuation but use Odoo Community Edition, where the feature is otherwise hidden.
