Ignore planned receptions in quantity available to promise

This module adjusts the availability figures shown for products in Odoo. Normally the quantity available to promise includes goods you have ordered but not yet received. With this module installed, those planned receptions are subtracted again, so the available quantity only reflects stock you can actually use right now.

The change applies to storable products (products tracked in inventory). For each such product, the module recalculates the immediately usable quantity by removing the incoming quantity from it. The calculation is refreshed automatically whenever the incoming quantity or the product's storable setting changes.

Because the module is in the Hidden category, it adds no new menu, screen, button or report. It silently changes the numbers displayed wherever the available-to-promise quantity is shown, such as product availability information used by sales and stock screens that rely on the stock_available module.

Business effect: users see a more conservative availability figure that ignores future receipts. This can help avoid promising goods that have not yet arrived, but it also means incoming purchase orders no longer improve the displayed availability.
