Exclude locations from immediately usable quantity

This module extends the immediately usable quantity feature. On each stock location you get a new checkbox called "Exclude from immediately usable quantity". Tick it on locations whose stock should not count as immediately available (for example a quality-control or quarantine area). The setting is not inherited by child locations, so you must tick each location you want to exclude.

Where it appears: - The checkbox is added to the stock location form, right after the removal strategy field. - A filter named "Excluded from immediately usable quantities" is added to the stock location search view, so you can quickly list the excluded locations.

What changes automatically: - When Odoo computes the immediately usable quantity of a product, the quantities stored in excluded locations are subtracted from it. - If a location marked as excluded is a view location, its internal and transit child locations are also treated as excluded. - Changing the checkbox (or creating a location) refreshes the cached list of excluded locations so the computed quantities stay correct.

It touches the product and stock location areas (product.product and stock.location) and relies on the location domain logic of the related modules. No new menus or reports are added.
