Stock Available to Promise Release - Block

This module adds a way to hold back the release of deliveries in Odoo. On a transfer (stock.picking) you get a red warning banner when the release is blocked, plus a 'Block release' button and an 'Unblock release' button. The buttons only appear when they make sense: blocking is offered while the transfer still needs release and is confirmed or waiting, and unblocking is offered once it is blocked.

On individual stock moves you can also block or unblock release from the move list, and a red 'Blocked' badge shows the status. Transfers show the same badge in the transfer list, and you can filter the transfer list with a 'Release Blocked' filter.

A blocked move is never considered ready for release, so it stays on hold until someone unblocks it.

On delivery routes you can switch on 'Auto-block Release on Backorders'. When that route option is active, if a delivery is only partially done and a backorder is created, the backorder moves are automatically blocked. The option is shown on the route form only when the route uses deferred pull (available to promise). The setting is also carried onto the route's rules.

Blocking status is tracked on transfers, so changes are recorded in the chatter.
