Stock Available to Promise Release - Delivery

This is a glue module that connects the Available to Promise Release mechanism with the Delivery (carrier) feature. It only acts on transfers that still have to be released.

What it does: - When you change the carrier on a delivery order (stock.picking) that is not yet released, the module checks whether the carrier actually changed. - If it did, it copies the transfer's procurement group with the new carrier and a name like "<original group> - Alternative carrier <carrier name>". - All moves that are not done or cancelled are moved to this new group. - The old carrier's active routes are removed from those moves and the new carrier's active routes are added. - For each affected move, Odoo looks up the matching procurement rule and, if it differs from the current one, updates the source location, rule, route, operation type, procurement method and cancel propagation. - Moves that were re-routed are then unreleased into a backorder (split order), so the new routing can be applied cleanly. - If no moves remain on the transfer, the transfer is cancelled.

Where it appears: there is no new menu or screen; the behaviour is triggered automatically when saving a change of carrier on a delivery order. It touches stock.picking and the related stock moves and procurement groups.
