Stock Barcodes Picking Batch Revision

This module adds a review step to batch pickings handled with the barcode scanner. A batch can be flagged as "requested review", which removes its assigned user so someone else can check it.

• On the batch picking screen a new "To review" filter shows only batches waiting for review.
• A new barcode action "Review picking batch" opens the scanner directly on those batches.
• In the scanner, a "Review" toggle switches to review mode; the normal scan fields and detailed operations are hidden, and only lines not yet reviewed are shown.
• Each line keeps a "reviewed" flag. The review is finished when all lines are marked; a green check button confirms the review and marks every line as reviewed.
• The "Clean Values" button resets the review state so all lines become unreviewed again.

It touches batch pickings, their move lines and the barcode scanner wizards. No new menus are created; the review action is added to the existing barcode actions list.
