Stock Dynamic Routing Delivery Procurement Group Carrier

This is a small glue module that connects two other Odoo add-ons: one that creates extra transfers through dynamic routing rules, and one that stores a delivery carrier on the procurement group. It installs itself automatically when both are present, so users do not need to configure anything.

What changes in practice:

• When a dynamic routing rule generates a new transfer (picking), Odoo checks whether that rule is flagged to propagate the carrier.
• If it is, and the related procurement group already has a carrier set, that same carrier is written onto the newly created transfer.
• If the rule is not flagged, or the procurement group has no carrier, nothing is copied and the standard behaviour applies.

The logic lives on the stock move model, in the method that prepares the values used to create a new picking. It only adds the carrier identifier to those values; it does not create records, send emails, or run scheduled jobs.

Because the module is a bridge, it has no menus or screens of its own. Its effect is visible on transfer records, where the carrier field is filled in automatically for transfers generated by routing rules. It touches the stock.move model and relies on the carrier stored on the procurement group.
