Inventory Lock Down

This module adds a lockdown on stock locations while an inventory count is running. When an inventory is in progress, the locations it covers (and, if the inventory includes sub-locations, their child internal locations) are considered locked.

• Users cannot move products into or out of a locked location: any completed stock move line touching a locked location is blocked with an error listing the affected locations. Moves to or from inventory adjustment locations are still allowed.
• Users cannot change the parent location of a location that is under an active inventory, and they cannot delete such a location; both actions raise an error saying an inventory is being conducted there.

The lock applies to internal and transit locations. It works automatically through checks on stock locations and stock move lines, and it relies on the inventory records to know which locations are currently being counted. No new menus or screens are added; the behaviour appears as validation messages when users try to move stock or modify locations during an inventory.
