Stock Landed Costs Priority

This module extends the standard Landed Costs feature in Inventory. On every landed cost record you now get a small priority selector with two choices: Normal and Important. New records start as Normal.

Where you see it: - On the landed cost form, the priority selector appears next to the reference at the top. - In the landed cost list views, a priority column is shown (you can hide it if you want). - On the kanban cards, the priority selector is displayed on the left of the reference. - In the search panel, two quick filters are added: Priority and Non-Priority, plus a grouping option to group landed costs by priority.

Automatic behaviour: landed cost records are now sorted by priority first (Important before Normal) and then by their usual order, so important costs naturally rise to the top of lists.

It only touches the stock.landed.cost model and its existing form, list, kanban and search views. No new menus, reports, emails or scheduled jobs are added, and no other Odoo area is affected.
