Stock Move Auto Assign Auto Release Exclude Location

This module is a small extension that changes how Odoo decides which stock moves can be released automatically after they have been assigned.

When the related auto-assign/auto-release feature runs, it looks at locations and filters which ones are eligible for automatic release. This module adds one extra rule: any location whose setting "exclude from immediately usable quantity" is enabled is removed from that list.

• It does not add new menus, screens, buttons or reports.
• It does not create new models; it only extends the existing stock.move model.
• The business rule is automatic: locations flagged as excluded from immediately usable quantity are never considered for automatic release of moves.
• The setting itself comes from the companion module stock_available_immediately_exclude_location, which adds the exclusion flag on locations.

In practice, warehouse users who mark a location as excluded from immediately usable quantity will also stop that location from being used by the automatic release process. This is useful for locations such as quality control, quarantine or staging areas where stock should not be released automatically. The module is installed automatically when both dependencies are present, so no manual configuration is required beyond the location flag.
