Stock Picking Batch Purchase Price Update

This module extends the batch transfer screens in Odoo so that the purchase price of incoming products can be seen and changed while processing a batch of receipts.

• In the detailed operations list of a picking batch, a new optional "purchase price unit" column appears. It is hidden by default and can be shown with the column selector.
• The column only appears for incoming operations (receipts from vendors). For outgoing or internal transfers it stays hidden.
• The price field is only shown when the stock move is linked to a purchase order line; otherwise it is hidden.
• The price can only be edited when the related purchase order is still editable (not yet invoiced). If the purchase order is already invoiced, the field is read-only.
• The same price column is also added to the detailed operations list used inside picking batches, so users do not have to leave the batch screen to correct a vendor price.
• The feature is restricted to users with purchase user rights.

The module touches the stock move and stock move line records used in batch operations and relies on the purchase price update and picking batch modules. Note that the price shown on a picking reflects the purchase price for all pickings and is not individual per picking.
