Stock Picking Batch Report

This module gives you a new printable document for a batch transfer (a group of transfers handled together). The report is built on the standard batch report and is meant for two-step delivery flows.

• The first part shows the batch name, a barcode of that name, and the person responsible. Below it, a table lists every product line in the batch, sorted by source location and product name, with columns for location, product, lot/serial number (when lot tracking is enabled), quantity and the transfer it belongs to. Quantities show what was actually done if the transfer is finished, otherwise the planned quantity.

• After a page break, the report prints one detailed page per outgoing transfer in the batch. Each page shows the customer address, the transfer name, the related order, the shipping date (done date if finished, otherwise scheduled date), and the carrier for outgoing transfers. It lists the products and quantities, and for finished transfers it shows the detailed operations, including lot/serial numbers and package sections when packages are used.

• If a transfer has backorders, a table lists the products still to be shipped with a short message. If the customer signed, the signature image is printed.

The report only reads existing data; it does not change any records or add new fields.
