Batch Transfer Sub State

Batch transfers (grouped pickings) normally only show a simple status such as Draft, In Progress or Done. This module adds an extra status field, called a sub-state, on top of that main status.

Where you see it: - On the batch transfer form, a clickable status bar appears in the header so you can pick a sub-state directly. - In the batch transfer list, a Substate column is available. - In the batch transfer search filters, you can filter by Substate and group records by Substate.

How it works: - A new sub-state type called "Batch transfer Substate" is created and linked to the batch transfer status field. - Three target statuses are predefined: Draft, In progress and Done. Each sub-state you create is attached to one of these, so only relevant sub-states are offered depending on the batch's current status. - Demo data shows example sub-states such as Waiting booking, Waiting shipment, In transit and Customs clearance, each with its own order.

This module touches the batch transfer model (stock.picking.batch) and the shared sub-state configuration model (base.substate.type). It does not add new menus; it extends the existing batch transfer screens.
