Stock Picking Batch Validate Confirm

This module changes what happens when you press the validate button on a batch transfer (stock.picking.batch).

If the batch contains moves whose origin moves are not yet done or cancelled, Odoo no longer validates the batch straight away. Instead it opens a pop-up wizard called 'Batch Confirm' that lists the pending origin moves, so you can see what is still outstanding before deciding.

• The wizard shows the batch and the list of pending origin moves (read-only).
• A 'Validate' button confirms and completes the batch anyway; a 'Cancel' button closes the wizard without validating.
• The 'Validate' button is only visible to users who belong to the new 'Validate Incomplete Batches' permission group. Other users see a warning that they do not have enough permissions to validate the batch as it is.
• If there are no pending origin moves, the batch validates normally with no pop-up.

The module adds the wizard model stock.picking.batch.confirm and extends stock.picking.batch. It also adds a hidden permission group and grants stock users access to the wizard. No new menus are added; the wizard appears automatically from the batch validation flow.
