Stock Picking Cancel Reason

This module replaces the standard Cancel button on a stock transfer (stock.picking) with a new one that opens a small pop-up window. Instead of cancelling immediately, the user must choose a reason from a list and can type an extra description before confirming.

• The pop-up is available while the transfer is in Draft, Waiting, Confirmed, Assigned or Partially Available state.
• The reason list is managed by stock or warehouse managers under Inventory > Configuration > Stock Picking Cancel Reasons; reasons can be archived instead of deleted.
• Two reasons are provided by default: "No longer needed" and "Other Provider selected".
• After confirmation, the transfer is cancelled and the chosen reason and description are stored on it.
• On a cancelled transfer, the form shows the cancellation reason and, if filled in, the description.
• Reasons are translatable, so they can be shown in the user's language.
• A reason that is already used on a transfer cannot be deleted, only archived.

The module adds the fields cancel_reason_id and cancel_description to stock.picking, and creates the models stock.picking.cancel.reason and the cancellation wizard stock.picking.cancel. Regular stock users can read the reason list and use the wizard; only stock managers can create, edit or delete reasons.
