Stock Picking Immediate Transfer Warning

When you validate a stock transfer from the screen and none of its moves have been explicitly marked as picked, this module stops the validation and opens a confirmation pop-up titled "Immediate Transfer?". The message explains that no quantities have been explicitly picked and that Odoo will process all reserved quantities, and asks whether you want to proceed.

The pop-up lists the transfers concerned and offers two buttons: - Process: continues the validation and processes the reserved quantities. - Discard: cancels the operation and returns you to the transfer.

The warning only appears when validation is started from the user interface (the Validate button on the transfer form or the list-view validation action). It is deliberately skipped for other automated flows, so background logic is not interrupted.

The check applies to transfers that have reserved quantities but no move explicitly picked, and only when every move is fully reserved (no partial/backorder situation). Cancelled and scrapped moves are ignored.

It touches the stock.picking model and adds two new wizard models, stock.immediate.transfer.warning and stock.immediate.transfer.warning.line, available to standard inventory users. No new menus are added; the feature appears directly on the existing transfer validation screens.
