Stock Picking Location Check

When a warehouse user validates a transfer (a stock.picking), Odoo normally accepts any location on the individual move lines. This module adds a consistency check at validation time: every move line's source location must be the same as, or a child of, the transfer's source location, and the same rule applies to destination locations.

If a line location is outside that hierarchy, validation is stopped with an error message naming the transfer, so the user must correct the locations first.

A new checkbox "allow_location_inconsistency" appears on the transfer form, next to the source location field, for users who have the multi-locations setting enabled. It is read-only once the transfer is done or cancelled. When ticked, the consistency check is skipped for that transfer.

Some technical details: lines belonging to subcontracting moves are ignored in the source-location check, and for transfers that are not immediate, only lines with a done quantity greater than zero are considered for the destination check.

The module only touches the transfer model stock.picking and its form view; it does not add menus, reports or scheduled actions.
