Stock Picking Report External Note

This module adds a new field called external note on stock transfers (the stock.picking records used for deliveries, receipts and internal moves).

On the transfer form, a new "External Note" field appears inside the existing Notes tab, with a hint that it will be printed on the Delivery Slip report. Users can type formatted text there, just like in other rich-text fields in Odoo.

When the Delivery Slip report is printed or sent, the external note is automatically included at the bottom of the page, but only if something was written in the field. If the field is empty, nothing extra appears on the report.

• The note is stored on the transfer itself, so each delivery can have its own message.
• It is separate from the internal notes already present on the transfer, so internal comments stay private.
• No automatic checks, restrictions, emails or scheduled actions are added by this module.

The module only touches the stock transfer screen and the Delivery Slip report; it does not change sales orders, invoices or inventory quantities.
