Stock Picking Type Bypass Reservation

This module adds a new option on Operations Types (the configuration behind each type of transfer, such as delivery orders or internal transfers). When the option 'Reserve over availability' is enabled, any transfer of that type will try to reserve the full quantity even if there is not enough stock on hand. The stock that does exist is still reserved normally; the rest is recorded as a forced reservation so the shortage becomes visible.

• On the Operations Type form you get a new checkbox, shown only to technical users and hidden for incoming transfers.
• Detailed operations created this way carry a new flag called 'Phantom reservation'.
• In the Detailed Operations search view there is a new filter 'Phantom reservation' so you can list all operations that were reserved beyond real availability.
• The module touches the models stock.picking.type, stock.move and stock.move.line.

Note from the code: transfers are reserved on confirmation even if the option is not checked, so the option mainly controls whether reservation is forced beyond available stock. The module is marked as Alpha, so test it before using it in production.
