Stock product Pack

When a product is a pack (a kit made of several components), Odoo normally cannot tell you how many complete packs you can actually deliver. This module fills that gap: the On Hand, Free, and Forecasted quantities shown for a pack are computed from the stock of its components, taking the smallest number of complete packs that can be built from any single component.

• Quantities are recalculated automatically whenever the stock moves of the pack or of its components change, and also when you filter by lot, owner, package, location, warehouse or date range.
• Packs configured as a service type are also given stock figures, so they behave like the older versions did.

On the product form, a new option "Don't create move" appears for packs (hidden for services). When enabled, confirming a sale of that pack does not create a stock move for the pack itself; the pack is considered delivered immediately. This is useful when you only want the availability calculation of the pack but do not want real stock or moves for it. This behaviour is applied by the procurement rule engine, which skips such pack products when running replenishment/procurement.

Finally, on delivery slips, when a consumable pack is mixed with storable products, the lines are reordered to follow the sequence of their stock moves, so the printed report is no longer confusing. Access rights for pack lines are granted to warehouse managers.
