Stock Quant Safe Inventory

This module adds a safety check to inventory adjustments. When the new option is enabled, Odoo refuses to save a changed counted quantity on a stock quant if there are transfer lines in progress (not yet done or cancelled) that already have a done quantity for the same product, location, lot and package.

Where it appears: - A new checkbox "Stock quant no inventory if being picked" is added to the Inventory settings, in the Operations section. - The setting is stored per company, so each company can decide whether to use it.

What it changes: - When a user tries to write a new counted quantity on a quant, or to apply an inventory adjustment, the system checks for in-progress move lines with a positive done quantity matching the quant's product, location, lot, package, owner and company. - If such lines exist, an error message is shown listing the quantities and products being picked, and the change is blocked. - If the option is off, behaviour is unchanged.

The module touches stock.quant for the check and the write/apply logic, res.company to store the setting, and res.config.settings to expose it in the settings screen.
