Stock Release Channels - Partner Address

This module extends the stock release channel feature with address-based filtering.

On the release channel form, two new fields appear just before the partner list: Countries and States. You can tag one or several countries, and then pick one or several states belonging to those countries. The States field only shows once at least one country is selected, and it only offers states from the chosen countries.

When Odoo looks for the release channels that could handle a given delivery, it now also checks the delivery partner's address. A channel is a possible candidate if it has no country restriction, or if the partner's country is among the channel's countries; the same logic applies to the state. Both conditions must be satisfied, so a channel with countries and states set will only match partners located in those exact places.

This affects the stock release channel model (stock.release.channel) and the partner model (res.partner), and therefore the way deliveries are routed to channels. No new menus, reports, emails or scheduled actions are added; the change is limited to the channel configuration screen and the automatic channel selection logic.
