Stock Release Channel Preparation Plan

This module adds preparation plans that gather several release channels so they can be launched together.

• A new "Preparation Plans" menu (under the release channel section) lists plans with a name, a sequence for ordering, and an active/archived flag. Only stock managers can create, edit or delete plans; other stock users can only read them.
• On each plan you pick the release channels it contains. The plan form shows each channel with its state and its preparation weekdays.
• A "Launch" button appears on the plan form and on each row of the plan list. It opens a small confirmation wizard ("Wake-up Release Channels") where you confirm the plan, then it acts on the channels of that plan that are locked or asleep.
• Channels that can be unlocked and whose wake-up state is open are unlocked; channels that allow wake-up are woken up. Afterwards Odoo returns you to the release channel list, filtered on open channels.
• On release channels you can now set preparation weekdays and preparation plans. On a customer (contact) form, the preparation weekdays of that customer's release channels are shown automatically as tags.

It extends stock.release.channel and res.partner, and adds the plan and launch wizard models.
