Stock Scrap Location Default

This module adds a company-level setting that defines which location should be used by default when you scrap stock.

• In Inventory settings, a new field "Scrap Default Location" appears (only when the multi-locations setting is enabled). It lets you choose a location that is flagged as a scrap location and belongs to the company (or is shared).
• The value is stored on the company, so each company can have its own default scrap location.
• When a new scrap record is created, the scrap location field is automatically filled with the company's default scrap location. If no default is configured for the company, Odoo falls back to its standard behaviour of searching for the first scrap location.

The module extends res.company, res.config.settings and stock.scrap. It does not add new menus or reports; the only new screen element is the setting field inside the existing Inventory configuration page.
