Vertical Lift Empty Tray Check

When the option is enabled, releasing a vertical lift pick operation whose tray quantity is zero no longer goes straight to the next step. Instead a small pop-up asks "Is the tray empty?" with two buttons: "Tray Empty" and "Tray Not Empty".

• If the operator confirms the tray is empty, an inventory adjustment is created or updated for that product and tray location with quantity zero and applied, so the system records that the location was checked.
• If the operator says the tray is not empty, an inventory adjustment is created or updated with quantity one and applied, flagging the mismatch between what the system expected and reality.
• In both cases the operation is then released and continues, skipping the check so the pop-up does not appear again.

The option is switched on in the Inventory settings, in the vertical lift section, under the label "Vertical lift: Check Empty Tray". It is off by default. The pop-up buttons also carry barcode triggers, so they can be used from a barcode scanner.

The module extends the vertical lift pick operation and the settings screen, and adds a new transient wizard model used only for this confirmation dialog. It relies on standard stock quants and inventory adjustments to record the result.
