Stock Warehouse Out Pull

This module restores the ability to build outgoing delivery routes with pull rules, which was the standard behaviour before Odoo 18. It adds a checkbox called "Outgoing Pull Rules" on the warehouse configuration form, right after the "Ship in Multiple Steps" field. The checkbox is hidden when the delivery steps are set to "Ship Only", because pull rules only make sense for multi-step outgoing flows.

When the checkbox is enabled, the warehouse's outgoing route is generated with pull rules instead of push rules. The available step combinations are:

• Pick + Ship: goods are pulled from the stock location to the output location, then from the output location to the customer.
• Pick + Pack + Ship: goods are pulled from stock to the packing location, then to the output location, and finally to the customer.

The module touches the stock.warehouse model and its route configuration logic. It changes how the delivery route is built and makes the route depend on the new option, so enabling or disabling the checkbox updates the generated route rules. No new menus or reports are added; the only visible change is the new checkbox on the warehouse form.
