Uom Qty Unique

This module changes how units of measure can be configured in Odoo. It adds a restriction on the unit of measure records (uom.uom) so that, within the same category, you cannot keep two active units that share the same conversion factor and the same reference unit.

• The rule only applies to active units of measure; archived ones are ignored.
• If you try to activate or create a unit that duplicates the factor of another active unit in the same category, Odoo blocks the operation with the message: "Only one active unit of measure per factor and per category should be active."
• The check is enforced at the database level, so it also protects against imports and other automated data loads, not only manual entry in the form.

There are no new menus, buttons, reports or scheduled actions. The change is only visible when managing units of measure, for example when creating or activating a unit in the Units of Measure configuration screen. It touches the uom.uom model and depends on the standard uom module. The goal is to avoid confusing duplicates where two units in the same category convert quantities in exactly the same way.
