Web Date Format Numeric

This module gives you a simple switch on each language to control how dates look everywhere in Odoo.

• On the language form (the same screen where you set the date and time formats), a new toggle called 'Use Numeric Date Format' appears right after the time format field.
• When the toggle is on for your language, all date, datetime and date-range fields in the web client are displayed in numeric form, for example 31/01/2026 instead of Jan 31, 2026.
• The setting follows the language of the logged-in user, so different users can see dates in different styles depending on their language configuration.
• It applies to date fields shown in forms, lists and other views, including list views, because the date, datetime, daterange, list.date, list.datetime and list.daterange field types are all covered.
• Individual fields can still override the behaviour: a field can be explicitly set to numeric or non-numeric, and that choice wins over the language setting.

It touches the res.lang model (where the new option is stored) and the ir.http session information, which passes the setting to the browser. No new menus or reports are added; the change is visible directly in the date fields you already use.
