Web Tooltip Field

This module adds a new screen under the Technical menu where you can create help tooltips for fields. Each tooltip links to a specific field (chosen from all fields in the system) and contains the text you want users to see when they hover over that field's label.

• The tooltip text can be translated into multiple languages.
• Only one tooltip can exist per field; the system prevents duplicates.
• When a tooltip is defined for a field, it replaces the standard help text that Odoo would normally show.
• The tooltip is applied everywhere the field appears, because the module changes how Odoo retrieves field help globally.

Access to create, edit, or delete tooltips is restricted to users with the Settings/Technical group (system administrators). Regular users can view the list but cannot modify it.

The new screen is available in the Technical menu, alongside other technical models like Constraints and Relations. The list view shows the model, field, and help text, and you can group tooltips by model. A search view lets you filter by field or help text.

This module touches the core field description mechanism, so any field in any model can have a custom tooltip. It does not change any business logic or data; it only affects the help text displayed to users.
