When a course is sold with several registrations, each participant has their own course membership. This module ties each certification attempt (a survey.user_input) to that specific membership through a new channel_partner_id field, so people sharing the same purchaser no longer share one certification.

What changes for users:

• On the survey answers list, three new columns appear after the contact: the participant's name, email and phone, taken from the course membership.
• When a participant opens a certification, the system looks for their own previous attempt and reuses its link; if there is none, a new attempt is created for that participant, with attempt limits not checked at creation.
• If the visitor is not a member of the course, a test entry is created instead, so they can preview the certification.
• The certificate report now prints the participant's name (or email) instead of the buyer's contact when available.
• On the survey 'thank you' page, the certification link is only shown to logged-in users, not to public visitors.
• The certification button in the fullscreen course player is hidden.
