Website Animated Text

This module adds an animation option to the Odoo website builder. While editing a page, select a text element and use the new "Animate Text" button to make it type itself out on the screen. A second button, "Change Text Animation", opens a dialog where you can set the texts to rotate through (one per line), the typing speed, the speed and delay when deleting, the cursor character, and whether the animation loops forever.

• The animation runs on the live website using the Typed.js library; the editor preview stays static so you can still edit normally.
• Default settings are applied when you first enable the animation: the current text becomes the first phrase, typing speed 60, deleting speed 25, delay 1500, cursor "|", and looping on.
• The option only appears for text elements that contain no other elements, and the "Change Text Animation" button is only shown once the animation is active.
• The original text and height are remembered so the block returns to normal when the animation is removed.

It touches the website frontend assets and the website editor assets, and adds options to the website snippet options. No new database models or menus are created.
