Modules in the repository

  • account_cutoff_accrual_base

Provides the shared setup for accrued expenses and revenues in Odoo: default accrual accounts per company, tax accrual accounts per tax, and extra quantity/unit price columns on cutoff lines.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_dates

Adds accrued expense and accrued revenue cutoffs based on the start and end dates of invoice lines, so you can provision revenue or costs that belong to a period before the cutoff date even if the invoice is dated later.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_order_base

This module lets you compute accrued revenue and expense cut-offs based on the quantities delivered and invoiced on order lines, and automatically updates the cut-off lines when invoices are created or modified.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_order_stock_base

Adds a 'Cut-off Prepaid Stock Account' field to cut-off records so accrued revenue and expense cut-offs can post prepaid stock amounts (goods invoiced but not yet received) to a dedicated account.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_picking

Generates accrued expense and accrued revenue entries from done stock transfers linked to purchase and sale orders, so you can book cut-off accruals for goods received but not invoiced (or delivered but not invoiced).

  • account_cutoff_accrual_purchase

Lets accountants compute accrued expenses on purchase orders by comparing quantities received and invoiced, then generate the cut-off journal entry in one click.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_purchase_stock

Extends purchase expense cut-off accruals so that quantities of storable products received after the cut-off date are detected and taken into account when computing accruals on purchase orders.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_sale

Lets accountants compute accrued revenue cut-offs from sales orders by comparing delivered and invoiced quantities, then generate the corresponding journal entry in one click.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_sale_stock

Adds stock-aware revenue cut-off accruals for sales orders: it detects quantities of storable products delivered after the cut-off date so the accrual entry reflects only what was really delivered before it.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_sale_stock_delivery

Glue module that makes cut-off accrual calculations on sales orders take delivery charges into account, so shipping lines are dated consistently with the products they ship.

  • Account Accrual SubscriptionsOdoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_cutoff_accrual_subscription

Lets accountants define recurring expense or revenue subscriptions and automatically compute accrual cutoff entries when actual amounts fall below the expected minimum. Subscriptions are managed from a new menu under Accounting.

  • Account Cut-off BaseOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_cutoff_base

Provides the technical foundation for creating accounting cut-off entries (accrued and prepaid revenue/expense) in Odoo. It adds menus, configuration settings and screens, but the actual line generation must come from additional modules.

  • account_cutoff_picking

Extends Odoo cut-off entries so accrued and prepaid revenue/expenses can be generated from deliveries, receipts and vendor/customer invoices. Users set an analysis interval and click Re-Generate Lines on a cut-off to create the lines.

  • account_cutoff_prepaid

Compute prepaid expenses and prepaid revenue at period end and generate the related cut-off journal entries. Uses the start and end dates of invoice lines to split amounts between accounting periods.

  • Account Cut-off Start End DatesOdoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_cutoff_start_end_dates

Compute prepaid revenue/expenses and accrued revenue/expenses on cut-off entries using the start and end dates of invoice lines and journal items, with an optional forecast mode.

  • Fiscal year closingOdoo 12, 14, 16, 18, 19
    account_fiscal_year_closing

Create and run a fiscal year closing in Odoo: the module generates the closing and opening journal entries from a reusable template, lets you review them, and posts them.

  • account_fiscal_year_closing_range

This module adds a wizard to the fiscal year closing that creates mapping lines for a whole range of account codes at once, instead of entering each account one by one.

  • Account Invoice Start End DatesOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_invoice_start_end_dates

Adds Start Date and End Date fields on invoice and journal entry lines, and lets you flag products that require these dates before an invoice can be posted.

  • account_invoice_start_end_dates_move

Lets you set a start and end date on a whole invoice or bill, and automatically copies those dates onto its lines. A company setting controls whether the dates apply to every line or only to products flagged as needing dates.

  • account_move_cutoff

Automatically creates cut-off (deferred revenue/expense) journal entries when you post an invoice or bill whose lines have start and end dates spanning future months. You can follow the generated entries from the source document.

  • Multicurrency revaluationOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
    account_multicurrency_revaluation

Generate and reverse unrealized currency revaluation entries for foreign-currency balances, and print a currency revaluation report. Configure revaluation, provision and analytic accounts per company.

  • account_multicurrency_revaluation_rate_type

Lets you choose whether multicurrency revaluation uses monthly average rates or daily rates, set once in accounting settings and adjustable on the revaluation wizard.
