Modules in the repository

  • fs_attachment

Lets Odoo store attachments (documents, images, files) on an external storage such as a shared disk or cloud object store instead of the local server disk, and keeps file names readable and linkable.

  • fs_attachment_environment

Lets Odoo read filesystem storage settings for attachments from the server environment file instead of the database. It is a technical glue module installed automatically with the filesystem attachment and server environment modules.

  • Fs Attachment S3Odoo 16, 17, 18, 19
    fs_attachment_s3

This module lets Odoo store attachments in Amazon S3 and serve them securely through X-Accel-Redirect, with optional signed URLs and enforced file types.

  • fs_attachment_s3_environment

Lets administrators configure S3 attachment storage settings (signed URL usage and expiration) through server environment variables instead of typing them in Odoo, and restores those settings if the module is uninstalled.

  • Fs Base Multi ImageOdoo 16, 17, 18
    fs_base_multi_image

This technical module adds a reusable image library and a drag-and-drop image uploader that other Odoo modules can use to attach multiple images to their records, storing the files in an external file system.

  • fs_base_multi_media

Store media files (images, documents, etc.) in an external filesystem and link them to Odoo records. Provides a media library, media types, and a reusable building block for other modules.

  • Fs FileOdoo 16, 17, 18
    fs_file

Adds a new field type that stores files in an external filesystem instead of Odoo's internal filestore, with an upload/download/delete widget in forms. Useful for large files.

  • Fs File DemoOdoo 16, 17
    fs_file_demo

Adds a demo screen called Fs File where users can store a file and an image, with an automatic smaller 128x128 version of the image. It is meant to show how file and image storage works in Odoo.

  • Fs FolderOdoo 18, 19
    fs_folder

Link external filesystem folders to any Odoo record and manage their contents directly from the record's form view. Users can browse, upload, rename, copy, move, delete and preview files stored on external storages without leaving Odoo.

  • fs_folder_demo

Adds a Documents tab to the contact form where you can store and manage files in a folder linked to that contact. The folder is created automatically inside Odoo's file storage.

  • fs_folder_environment

This module lets administrators control the 'Use as default for FS contents' setting of filesystem storage configurations from the server environment file instead of the Odoo interface.

  • fs_folder_ms_drive

Lets users browse, preview, download and open files stored in Microsoft Drive (OneDrive/SharePoint) directly from Odoo folder fields, with extra file details such as description, creator and modified-by.

  • fs_folder_webdav

Improves how WebDAV folders (such as Nextcloud) are displayed in the folder browser, hiding fields WebDAV does not support and showing the last modification date in a readable format.

  • Fs ImageOdoo 16, 17, 18
    fs_image

Adds a new type of image field that stores images on a filesystem storage instead of the database, with automatic resizing and an editable alternative text for accessibility.

  • Fs Image ThumbnailOdoo 16, 17, 18
    fs_image_thumbnail

This technical module lets Odoo generate and store resized thumbnail versions of images attached to records, and shows them on the attachment form and in a dedicated menu.

  • fs_product_brand_multi_image

Lets you attach multiple images to a product brand, tag them, and show the main image on the brand form and kanban card.

  • fs_product_multi_image

Attach multiple images to products, product variants and product categories, stored on an external filesystem instead of the database. Images can be tagged and linked to specific attribute values so each variant shows the right picture.

  • fs_product_multi_media

Attach media files (images, documents) to products, product variants and product categories, stored on an external filesystem instead of the database. Media can be restricted to specific product attribute values so each variant shows only the relevant files.

  • fs_product_public_category_multi_image

Lets you attach several images, stored on an external file system, to eCommerce public product categories and tag each image.

  • Filesystem Storage BackendOdoo 16, 17, 18, 19
    fs_storage

Lets administrators define external file storage backends (local Odoo filestore, S3, SFTP, FTP, ZIP, and more) and test their connection from Odoo. Other modules can then route attachments to the right storage by model or by field.

  • fs_storage_backup

Lets you mark filesystem storage locations as backup destinations and automatically saves a daily database backup there, deleting backups older than the retention period you set.

  • fs_storage_backup_environment

This module connects filesystem storage backups with server environment configuration, so backup settings for storage locations can be managed from the server configuration file instead of the Odoo interface.

  • fs_storage_environment

Lets administrators configure filesystem storage settings (protocol, options, directory path) from server environment configuration files instead of typing them in Odoo, so storage backends can be managed per deployment.

  • fs_storage_ms_drive

Lets Odoo store files on Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint by adding a Microsoft Drive storage option to the Filesystem Storage configuration. Users link their Microsoft account and Odoo keeps the access token up to date automatically.

  • Image TagOdoo 16, 18
    image_tag

Adds a simple list of image tags that can be managed in Odoo. Tags are created and edited by users in the Image Tag Manager group, while all other users can only view them.

  • image_tag_environment

Adds a technical name field to image tags so they can be linked to server environment settings. The technical name appears in the image tag list and search views.

  • microsoft_drive_account

Lets each Odoo user link their own Microsoft Drive (OneDrive) account to Odoo, so other apps can act on Drive on their behalf. Administrators configure the Microsoft app credentials and users connect or disconnect from their profile.

  • Storage BackendOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    storage_backend

Lets administrators define storage backends (currently a filesystem location) and group them into categories, then test the connection from the backend form.

  • storage_backend_environment

Lets administrators configure storage backends (type and directory path) from the server configuration file instead of typing them in Odoo, so those settings are managed outside the database.

  • Storage Backend FTPOdoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 18
    storage_backend_ftp

Adds FTP as a storage option in Odoo, so files can be stored on and read from an FTP server instead of local disk. Users configure the FTP host, port, encryption, login and password on a storage backend record.

  • storage_backend_ftp_environment

Lets administrators configure FTP storage backends using server environment variables instead of typing credentials in Odoo, so FTP login, server, port and encryption settings can be managed outside the database.

  • Storage Backend S3Odoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 18
    storage_backend_s3

This module lets you store Odoo files in Amazon S3 instead of on the server. You configure an S3 storage backend with your AWS credentials, bucket and region, and Odoo then saves and retrieves files from that bucket.

  • storage_backend_s3_environment

Lets you configure the S3 storage backend (bucket, credentials, region, ACL) through server environment variables instead of typing them in Odoo, so secrets stay out of the database.

  • Storage Backend SFTPOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    storage_backend_sftp

Adds SFTP as a storage backend option in Odoo, letting users configure an SFTP server and use it to store and retrieve files.

  • storage_backend_sftp_environment

Lets administrators define SFTP storage connection details (server, port, login, password, private key) in the server environment configuration file instead of typing them in Odoo.

  • Storage FileOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18
    storage_file

Store files on external storage backends and manage them from Odoo. Users can upload, view, link files to records, and swap files between storage backends.

  • storage_file_environment

Lets administrators configure storage file settings (filename strategy, serving method, base URL, URL directory inclusion) through server environment variables instead of typing them in Odoo.

  • storage_file_swap_backend_queue

Lets you move files between storage backends in the background using queue jobs, so large swaps do not time out. A new option on each storage backend controls whether swaps run asynchronously.

  • Storage ImageOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 18
    storage_image

Store images and their resized thumbnails in an external storage backend, with alt text, public/private flags and a dedicated Image menu. Users can upload, replace and reorder images, and other modules can link images to their own records.

  • storage_image_backend_migration

Lets you move all stored images and thumbnails from one storage backend to another. You pick the source and destination backends in a wizard and the transfer runs in the background.

  • storage_image_import

This module lets you import images into Odoo from a URL, typically when loading data from a CSV file. It automatically downloads the image, stores it, and links it to the relevant record.

  • Storage Image ProductOdoo 12, 13, 15, 18
    storage_image_product

Attach images from the image library to products, product variants and product categories, and tag them so the right image is shown as the main picture.

  • storage_image_product_brand

Attach images to product brands and choose which one is the main image. The brand form and kanban card show the brand's images, and the main image is picked automatically from the first one in the list.

  • storage_image_product_brand_import

Helps import product brand images from a CSV file using image URLs, by matching existing brand-image relations on the brand and the source URL.

  • storage_image_product_import

This module helps import product images from URLs via CSV, linking them to product templates or categories. It also ensures that when images are set on a product variant, they are applied to the main product template.

  • storage_image_product_pos

Shows product and category images in the Point of Sale screen using the external image URLs provided by the Storage Image Product module, instead of Odoo's built-in images.

  • storage_import_image_advanced

Import product images in bulk from a CSV file listing image URLs or file paths, with the images stored in a chosen storage backend and linked to products or variants.

  • Storage MediaOdoo 13, 14, 15, 18
    storage_media

Lets you store and organise media files (images, videos, documents) in Odoo, with their own media types and storage backend, and replace a media file without losing its record.

  • Storage Media ProductOdoo 13, 14, 18
    storage_media_product

Link storage media (images, files) to products, product variants and product categories. A new Media tab appears on product forms and a Media section on category forms.

  • Storage ThumbnailOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 18
    storage_thumbnail

Adds thumbnail support to files stored in Odoo's storage system, automatically creating small and medium image previews when records are created.
