Adds a Real Estate application to Odoo with a dedicated menu, access groups and a base entity screen built on top of contacts. It is a foundation module: it creates the structure other real estate modules can extend.

Adds a Real Estate section to Odoo where users can register properties (estates) with a type, an automatic reference, a short description and a full description, and manage the list of estate types.
