Access all OUs' Assets

This module does not add new screens or menus. It changes who can see asset records when Operating Units are in use.

It creates one new security group, "Access all OUs' assets", placed under the Operating Units group category, so it can be assigned to users from the usual user settings.

It also rewrites the existing record rule that limits asset visibility. With this module installed, the rule works like this: - If the user belongs to the new "Access all OUs' assets" group, the Operating Unit restriction is bypassed and all assets are visible. - Assets that have no Operating Unit set remain visible to everyone. - Otherwise, the user only sees assets whose Operating Unit is one of the Operating Units assigned to that user.

So the practical effect is: instead of adding every Operating Unit to a user's profile to give them full asset access, an administrator simply ticks the new group. The change applies to the asset model covered by the underlying Operating Unit asset module (account_asset_operating_unit), which this module depends on. No new computations, emails, or scheduled actions are introduced.
