Asset Transfer - Operating Units

This module extends the asset transfer wizard so that each transfer can be linked to an operating unit. When you open the transfer wizard from selected assets, the Operating Unit field is filled in automatically if all selected assets share the same operating unit; otherwise it stays empty for you to choose.

• The Operating Unit appears on the transfer form next to the analytic tags, and also as a column on the list of destination assets.
• On each destination asset line, the operating unit is taken from the transfer header and can still be adjusted manually.
• The analytic account selection on destination asset lines is filtered to show only analytic accounts that belong to the chosen operating unit (or that have no operating unit restriction).

When the transfer is processed, the generated accounting move and its journal items inherit the operating unit from the transfer, so the resulting entries are correctly attributed. The module touches account.asset.transfer and account.asset.transfer.line and is installed automatically alongside the asset transfer and asset operating unit modules.
