Chatter on bank statements

This module brings the standard Odoo communication panel (the "chatter") to bank statements. On the bank statement form, right below the main content, users now see the familiar message area with followers, scheduled activities and the message history.

What this means in practice:

• Users can post internal notes or messages on a specific bank statement, keeping the discussion linked to that document.
• Files and documents can be attached to the statement through the chatter, so supporting paperwork stays with the record.
• Activities can be scheduled and assigned to colleagues, for example to remind someone to review or reconcile a statement.
• Users can follow a statement to receive updates when new messages are posted.

The feature appears on the bank statement form screen, in the same place where the chatter normally sits on other Odoo documents. It works together with the account_statement_base module, which provides the bank statement form that is extended here.

The module touches the account.bank.statement model by adding the messaging and activity capabilities, and it modifies the existing bank statement form view to display the chatter. No new menus, reports, automated rules or scheduled jobs are added by this code.
