Account invoice start end dates on invoice

This module adds a start date and an end date at the top of an invoice, bill, credit note or receipt. They appear on the form next to the journal, and only while the document is still in draft.

When you change these dates, Odoo copies them down to the invoice lines. Whether a line receives the dates depends on two things:

• The company setting "Apply Start/End Dates To All Account Move Lines". When switched on, every line gets the dates, even lines with no product or with a product not flagged for dates.
• The product's own "must have dates" flag. When the setting is off, only lines whose product is flagged receive the dates.

Section and note lines are skipped. The same copy happens when you pick a product on a line, and also when lines are created by other processes, so the dates are filled in automatically as long as the line does not already have its own dates.

The setting is found in Accounting settings, under a new "Account Start/End Dates" section. It is stored per company and is on by default. The module touches account.move, account.move.line, res.company and res.config.settings.
