Account Payment Order Notification
This module adds a button on debit / payment orders to send an email to each related partner with the details of their transactions.
auto_awesome What this module does
AI-generated from the code · Odoo 19.0Adds a 'Send mails' button on payment and debit orders so you can email each partner a list of their transactions, and keeps a history of who was notified.
On a payment order (or debit order) that is in the 'uploaded' or 'done' state, a new 'Send mails' button appears next to the cancel button. It is hidden once notifications have already been created for that order.
Clicking it opens a wizard listing every partner found in the order's payment lines, together with their email address. Partners without an email are shown but cannot be ticked. You can adjust the email address, choose which partners to notify, and pick the email template to use (a default 'Payment Order Notification: Send by email' template is pre-selected).
After confirming, the module creates one notification record per selected partner, linking the partner to the payment lines that belong to them, sends the email, and posts a note on the payment order chatter listing the partners who were emailed. Each notification also has its own chatter, and the partner is subscribed to it.
A smart button with an envelope icon and a notification count appears on the payment order form; it opens the list of notifications for that order. The notification list can be searched by partner and grouped by payment order.
The email body states whether it is a debit order or a payment order, and includes a table of the partner's transactions with number, date and amount.
