Account Reconcile Model Oca

This module brings back, for Odoo Community, the automatic matching logic of reconciliation models used when processing bank transactions.

On the reconciliation model form (Accounting settings area), a new checkbox "Unique match" appears for models of type invoice matching. When ticked, a counterpart is only suggested if exactly one candidate journal item is found; the box is automatically cleared for other model types.

When a bank statement line is processed, the module tries to find the right partner: from the account number, from the partner name, from partner mappings defined on the models, or by comparing words in the payment reference, note and reference with partner names.

For invoice matching models, it searches open journal items using the model's criteria: journals, received/paid nature, amount ranges, partner and partner categories, text contains/not contains/regex on label, note and transaction type, same currency, and a past-months limit. Text tokens (numbers and exact strings) from the statement line are compared with item names and references, and the best matches are ranked.

It also computes write-off lines (percentage, fixed amount or amount extracted by regex from the label or note), including taxes and fiscal position mapping, and applies payment tolerance rules (fixed amount or percentage) to decide whether candidates are rejected, offered with a write-off, or auto-reconciled.
