Account Sale Stock Report Non Billed

This module helps you find delivered goods that have not been invoiced yet, as of a specific date. It adds a menu entry under Accounting > Reporting called Non Billed Stock Moves, which opens a small wizard where you set a start date (the threshold) and an end date, and optionally restrict invoices using the date interval.

After confirming, Odoo opens a list and pivot view of the matching stock moves. The list shows the picking, customer, origin document, effective date, quantity to invoice and amount to invoice, and includes an Open document button that jumps to the related sales order. The pivot view lets you analyse quantities and amounts to invoice grouped by picking.

On stock moves, two computed values are added: Qty. to invoice and Amount to invoice, based on the delivered quantity minus what has already been invoiced, taking returns and refunds into account. A new Effective Date field stores the delivery date of the picking, and can be used in filters and grouping.

In Settings, under Accounting, you can define a Non Billed Threshold Date (defaulting to today) and a default option to restrict invoices using the date interval. The report only considers done moves linked to a sales order line, excludes scrapped moves and kit components, and neutralises moves that were fully returned.
