Tier Review Activity Board

This module gives you a central board for the approval steps created by the Tier Validation feature. Instead of hunting through each document, you get one screen listing every review request.

Where it appears: - A new "Tier Reviews" menu under the Spreadsheet Dashboard menu, visible only to members of the new "Show tier review board" group (administrators are added automatically). - The board opens in Kanban view grouped by review status, with Form, List, Pivot and Graph views also available.

What you can do: - See each review's name, the document it belongs to, who requested it, who must do it, who did it, the status, the review date and any comment. - Click the document title on a review form to open the original record directly.

Business rules and behaviour: - The board is read-only: you cannot create, edit or delete reviews from it. - The document name and the link to the document are computed automatically from the review's model and record. - Users only see reviews for documents they are allowed to read; the list, counts and grouped figures are filtered accordingly.

It extends the tier.review model and relies on base_tier_validation and spreadsheet_dashboard.
